Videos are stored and managed through OnForm and may be accessible to us and to the athlete or parent/guardian when shared through the platform. We do not use athletes’ training videos for public marketing, social media posts, or promotional purposes without appropriate permission from the athlete’s parent or guardian when the athlete is a minor.
We take reasonable steps to limit access to training videos and related information to those who need it for instruction. We retain recordings for as long as reasonably necessary for training and business purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations and OnForm’s storage and deletion practices.
